GOAT: The Greatest of All Time, starring Vijay Thalapathy, made an impressive mark at the box office on Day 1. The film earned approximately ₹43 crore domestically, making it the biggest Tamil opener of 2024. Globally, it is reported to have crossed ₹100 crore in gross collections. Directed by Venkat Prabhu, the film received positive reviews for its espionage thriller plot. The majority of the earnings came from Tamil-speaking audiences, with the Tamil version contributing ₹38.3 crore to the domestic total.
