Powered by the new A18 Pro chipset, built on 2nd-gen 3nm transistors, both models feature a 6-core GPU running 20% faster than the A17 Pro. The chip has 2 performance cores and 4 efficiency cores, offering 15% faster performance with 20% less power usage. The A18 Pro supports next-gen machine learning, faster USB 3 speeds, and ProRes video recording.
Camera Upgrades:
The iPhone 16 Pro models feature a 48MP fusion camera with a second-gen quad-pixel sensor for zero shutter lag in 48MP ProRAW and HEIF photos, plus 4K120 video capture. A new 48MP ultra-wide camera with autofocus and a 12MP telephoto lens (5x zoom, 120mm focal length) are also included.
Audio Upgrades:
